15-day trial

In the 15-day trial period you get access to all of the Paymo features. Once it is over you will have to upgrade to a new plan to continue.

Free Plan

There is a free plan available with a limit of one user. It comes with task management, native time tracking, and 1 GB of storage. It’s good for freelancers to try out the product and decide if it’s the right fit.

Small Office

The Small Office plan is available for $9.56 per user/month for annual billing ($11.95/user for month-to-month billing). As the package name states, it’s a great choice for growing teams and departments. With features likea Meta Kanban Board, real-time reports, estimates and invoices,  and 50 GB of storage, it’s a great option.

Business Plan

The Business plan costs $15.16 per user/month ($18.95 for month-to-month billing). It has all the features of the other packages, along with some of its own, such as: automated resource scheduling, leave planner, portfolio and project Gantt Charts, online remote assistance, and unlimited storage.

Compared to its counterparts, Paymo’s prices are a bit on the higher end.
