Plans & Pricing
Celoxis offers two pricing plans for users to choose from:
SaaS
The SaaS package costs $25 per user, per month. It requires a minimum of 5 users, however, if the volume of the users or the duration of the package is increased, you can get some worthwhile discounts. For example, if you sign up for at least 100 people (100-249 to be exact), you get a 15% discount. Also, if you sign up for at least 6 months you get a 5% discount. Their pricing calculator can be used to see if any discounts apply.
The SaaS package comes with virtual user support and free client login. It also has a beneficial one-hour complimentary education course. With up to 99.99% up-time, you will have nothing to worry about from an availability standpoint. Every user will have up to 2 GB storage every month and you can get addition storage at $10 for 10GB/month.
On-Premise
The On-Premise plan costs $450 per user, but it’s a one-time payment. Once again, the minimum number of users you can sign up with is 5 and there are some exciting volume discounts. You will get 15 % off if you sign up with at least 100 users. With the On-Premise plan, you get all the major and minor upgrades to the platform, free client login and virtual users support, free customer support for a year and low TCO with database and multiple-OS support.
Compared to its counterparts, Celoxis’ pricing is pretty reasonable and provides good valuey for money. However, there are only 2 pricing plans which can create a scarcity of options for companies with unique needs.
Overview
When we talk about unified, all-in-one project management solutions, Celoxis is a name that should come to mind. Celoxis provides an affordable way for businesses of all sizes to manage their workflows, timesheets, expenses, resources, and project portfolios. Celoxis has some excellent scheduling features like resource work calendars, lead or lag dependencies, unlimited task hierarchy, and holiday scheduling.
Features and Functionality
There are tons of features that you get with Celoxis. Here’s a breakdown of some of our favorite ones, but there are many great features to discover with Celoxis:
Advanced scheduling
The real-time scheduling engine schedules your tasks based on vacations, company holidays, constraints, and resource calendars. The multiple time zone support and multiple resource assignments allow you to assign more than one resource to a task without facing any issues due to possible differences in time zones. Using the manual scheduling feature, you can tell Celoxis to not schedule specific tasks automatically for you. These manually scheduled tasks will retain the user-entered start and end dates, and will not be auto-scheduled.
Gantt charts
The fully interactive Gantt charts allow you to visualize the timelines and scheduling activities like never before. Celoxis’ Gantt charts can handle up to ten thousand tasks simultaneously.
Project tracking
For project tracking, you have:
a) Management dashboards that present a unified view of portfolios and projects to review KPIs or key performance indicators.
b) Visual health indicators allow you to observe the project performance and make prudent decisions to ensure success.
c) Revenue forecasting: You can estimate your billings before receiving money from the clients.
Resource management
Celoxis offers cross-project workload management that helps users track a company’s resource capacity using the resource chart. The features include capacity planning, real-time workload projections, resource efficiency statistics, and comparison planned vs actual resource utilization.
Ease of Use
The Celoxis UX team has done a great job from a design and usability standpoint. To say that the application is easy to use would be an understatement. You can see all of your projects, along with their corresponding status, deadlines, and completion percentages in the dashboard. Adding, viewing, and generating reports takes only a few clicks, and switching between different views is seamless. You can edit your main user dashboard, and there is no significant learning curve involved.
Applications and Integrations
Celoxis has a web-based tool that runs on all the most popular browsers, along with desktop applications for Mac and Windows operating systems. It also has Android and iOS applications. It integrates seamlessly with Excel/CSV, Google Drive, LDAP, Microsoft Project, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and more. It also offers a web-based API that allows connections with business and legacy applications.
Customer support
Celoxis provides high quality, 24/5 support via multiple channels including email, live chat, tickets and phone. You can also ask for customized trainings and Q&A sessions, but these come at an additional cost. Finally, you could hire experienced software engineers to help you out with any problem you face.

Final Word
Celoxis checks almost all the boxes when it comes to the must-have features for project management applications, but some users might like to have more choices when it comes to pricing plans. However, features like interactive Gantt charts, advanced resource management, sophisticated scheduling, rigorous security, financial management, time and expense management, revenue forecasting, and bug/issue tracking more than make up for the narrow range of pricing options.
